Who I Am

As mentioned above, I’m Natasha, a food lover with a background in nutrition and dietetics. I live in Rochelle Park, NJ, and as a registered dietitian, I’ve always been passionate about helping people eat well while still enjoying their food. My interest in cooking and health started at a young age when I spent time in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother. Over the years, I’ve seen how much food can impact our health, happiness, and energy, and I’ve made it my mission to simplify the process of creating nutritious, delicious meals.

I realized that many of the barriers to eating well were time, budget, and lack of confidence in the kitchen. This realization inspired me to start Simple Easy Meals—to break down those barriers and make healthy, delicious food accessible to all.
