Canna Milk

How about enjoying a nice cup of hot tea or coffee in the morning and adding some of this Canna Milk to it to help with some relief?  This recipe is simple and uses a small amount of medication to get the effects you need.  Remember that just like any milk, the length of time it will stay fresh is the same so if it smells and looks funky, it’s time to toss that chunky monkey and make a fresh batch.

What you need:

Grinder or coffee grinder

Small pan

Stove

Spoon to stir

Air tight container

Strainer

Ingredients:

3.5 grams or 1/8 oz finely ground Cannabis flowers (buds)

1 cup/250 mL Whole Milk or Cream

How to do it:

  • Add your Cannabis flowers to a grinder and grind finely.  If you use a coffee grinder this is done in seconds.  A cheap grinder costs under $10 and is a good investment.
  • Pour the milk and the ground marijuana into the pan then turn on to a medium heat.
  • When the milk comes to a boil, simmer and stir for an hour.  Optional: Using a double pan is good for this to prevent scorching or place a small amount of water into a pan then put a metal bowl over it.  Add the ingredients to the bowl and stir.
  • Remove from heat after an hour and allow the Canna Milk to cool to room temperature.  Pour into an air tight container and store in your refrigerator.
  • Use in your recipes or your favorite beverage to relax.
